Russia's Dec 1-14 Seaborne Urals Exports Seen Lower

Exports of Russian Urals crude oil are set to decline during the first half of December compared with the first two weeks of November, a preliminary loading program showed on Friday.

Urals oil exports from the Baltic Sea port of Primorsk are seen down to 1.0 million tonnes on Dec. 1-14 compared with 1.1 million tonnes on Nov. 1-14.

Urals exports from the Baltic Sea port of Ust-Luga are seen falling to 0.6 million tonnes on Dec. 1-12 from 0.8 million tonnes a month earlier.

Urals exports from Novorossiisk, on the Black Sea, are seen down to 0.6 million tonnes on Dec. 1-14 from 1.2 million tonnes, the programme showed.
