C.A.T. Oil asks Prosecutors to Look into Former Execs

Austrian energy group C.A.T. Oil AG has asked Vienna prosecutors to look into suspected breach of trust by former members of its management board, it said on Friday.

A spokesman for the white-collar crime unit of Vienna prosecutors confirmed it had received the complaint and would review it to see whether it warranted opening an investigation.

The Austrian fracking specialist said in December that senior managers were leaving in the wake of a takeover by oil industry veteran Maurice Dijols.
