Chevron Concludes Sale of Geothermal Operations in Indonesia

Chevron Corporation said its wholly-owned subsidiaries have completed the sale of Chevron's geothermal business in Indonesia to Star Energy Consortium. Chevron received the cash proceeds upon settlement on March 31, and will reflect the gain in first quarter 2017 results. The conclusion of the sale of Chevron's geothermal business in the Philippines is expected later in 2017.

Crowley Wins LNG Supply Deal in Puerto Rico

Crowley Maritime Corp. said its liquefied natural gas (LNG) services group has been awarded a multi-year contract to supply containerized LNG from the U.S. mainland to Molinos de Puerto Rico, the Caribbean arm of Ardent Mills LLC, supplier of flour, wheat, corn and rice-based food ingredients. The contract was executed through Crowley’s subsidiary Carib Energy (USA) LLC, and includes both the supply and transportation of LNG.

Technip Wins Umbilical Supply Order

Technip’s wholly-owned subsidiaries Technip Umbilicals Ltd. awarded a contract by ENI S.p.A. to supply umbilicals to the Block 15/06 East Hub Development offshore Angola. This field is located approximately 350 kilometers north of Luanda, at water depths of 450-600 meters. The contract covers project management and manufacture of about 15 kilometers of dynamic and static steel tube umbilicals.
