Magnolia LNG, LLC informs that with regard the outcome of the FERC’s Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) comment period for Magnolia LNG, the FERC’s DEIS comment period expired on 8 September 2015.

FERC Drafts EIS on Freeport LNG Project

The staff of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has prepared a draft environmental impact statement (EIS) for the Phase II Modification Project and the Liquefaction Project.
