First Ethane Shipment Departs U.S.

The JS INEOS Intrepid, Evergas' 27,500 cbm gas carrier, has departed the Marcus Hook terminal in Philadelphia, with a full cargo of ethane, bound for Norway. The shale gas is cooled to -90ºC for the journey of around 3500 NM, which is expected to take nine to ten days.
