DOF Subsea, Seaway Extend Contract

DOF Subsea, provider of integrated subsea solutions, has been awarded a Master Service Agreement (MSA) extension with Seaway Heavy Lifting for the provision of positioning services onboard its Stanislav Yudin and Oleg Strashnov crane vessels.

DOF Subsea offers services to third parties across the globe through its survey and positioning division. The contract with Seaway Heavy Lifting was announced in January 2014 and has been extended for a further two years plus options.

Giovanni Corbetta, managing director of DOF Subsea UK, said, “We are delighted that this MSA with Seaway Heavy Lifting has been extended, signaling the high quality of our positioning services and our performance throughout the duration of the original MSA.

“DOF Subsea’s survey and positioning division continues to grow, with work being secured internationally. This MSA has highlighted our capabilities in offshore construction support in the oil and gas and renewables sectors.”

Ton Verweijen, Procurement Director at Seaway Heavy Lifting said, “We are happy with the quality and continuing technical developments of DOF Subsea’s positioning services onboard our crane vessels.”

DOF Subsea has proven capabilities in subsea construction, specialist survey, and inspection, repair and maintenance services worldwide. The company also owns and operates one of the largest global fleets of high-specification vessels, ROVs and dive systems.
