BCCK Holding, SCF Partners join forces
BCCK Holding Company (BCCK) and SCF Partners (SCF) have entered into a strategic partnership whereby SCF will be providing growth capital for expansion opportunities for BCCK.
Clark Butts, founder of BCCK, will continue as chief executive officer and as an owner of the business;and Greg Hall, executive vice president; Ben K. Friedman, chief financial officer; Matt Gillis, chief operating officer; and Chase Johnson,vice president ofmanufacturing,will continue to serve in management capacities and as new owners.
BCCK is a leading international provider of engineering, procurement, fabrication and field construction services, focusing on midstream oil and natural gas processing applications. The company is known as the preeminent independent provider of nitrogen rejection units, turbo expander cryogenic units, NGL recovery, CO2 removal, helium recovery and oxygen removal, with a strong offering in oil and gas equipment fabrication and plant field construction services.
