Resume Objective:
Senior manager at Jebsen ship management (ABOJEB Company Inc.) coupled with prior shore experience in ship
and crew management & backed by a solid 17 years sea career from cadetship to Master on various ships
including Oil tankers, LPG tankers, LNG tankers and Bulk / General cargo vessels. This experience gained while
working as above adhering to all statutory marine regulations and industry guidelines enabled me to grow
personally in my maritime skills as well as management of people. The additional role of VP-ISD during by last 2
years has developed various IT skills related to marine and office management within me, enabling me to
amalgamate my IT skills in to my marine jobs using latest technologies namely blockchain, machine learning and

Lead a team of technical superintendents, Marine superintendents, Marine purchasers and admin staff in ship
management of bulk carriers, containers, tankers and ro-pax vessels.

Setting up of the new office and handling the company name change in Manila including permissions from legal
bodies like the POEA, PRC and Marina, SEC for the same.
Preparing the office and getting the office certified as an ISO compliant office. Create policies and processes as
required to comply with various ISO standards.
Planning and execution of processes aimed at moving the office to a paperless system thus reducing Man hours.
