Responsibilities:

      Vessel Operation:

• Coordinating with Agent/Central planner for inbound Baplie, Stowage / Movins,
• Planning vessel with good crane split.
• Avoiding clashes and shifting in yard.
• Coordinating with JNPT shift in charge for better operation on jetty and deployment of Quay Cranes as per requirement.
• Coordinating with VOA for vessel berthing and Vessel operation
• Coordinating with agent / Central planner for any changes in Pre-stowage.
• Coordinating with Chief Officer for Plan approval / changes if any and other issues regarding vessel operation.
• Coordinating with wharf supervisor for smooth vessel operation.

Yard Operation:

• Monitoring day to day yard activities.
• Yard planning in most efficient way to optimize space utilization.
• Taking feedback from operations staff about new procedures and analyzing it for improvement.
• Giving training to new trainees and monitoring their progress.
• Managing resources to keep operation cost minimum.
• Coordinating with Reach stacker provider for stacker requirements.
• Keeping track of yard feeding to avoid delay for loading.
• Preparation of Terminal Departure Report (TDR), Productivity Report.

Aug’11 – Oct’12                 Voltas Ltd., Thane as Project and Design Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Involved in designing all types of Air Handling Units, Ventilation/Exhaust Units and Chilled Water/ Direct Expansion Cooling Coils
• Developed the design of various units as per the customer requirement and the requisite technical specifications
• Made the fabrication drawings; utilized different software for selecting appropriate fans & motar and the Psychometric Chart for coil designing

Mar’11 – Aug’11               Nutech Engineering Technologies Ltd., Turbhe, Navi Mumbai as Design & Application Engineer

• Designed the various Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Units
• Prepared 2-D designs using AutoCAD for the Air Handling Units
