Graduated in 1989, with enough experience in:

-. Local Supervision on board during loading operations in
order to avoid or minimize maritime pollution.

-. Supervise and assist the loading operations and crude oil
transfer of custody from Upgraders to Marine Terminal (offshore loading
platform and monobuoys).

-. Supervise and assist the loading operations and crude oil
transfer of custody in ship to ship transfer operations (STS).

-. Supervise vessel mooring maneuvering.

-. Port Captain / Poac and Loss Control on board.

-. Liaise with Scheduler Department in order to coordinate
vessels scheduler and mooring.

-. Supervise, coordinate and assist in pet coke and sulphur
loading operations.

-. Supervise and coordinate Surveyor Companies, Shipping
Agencies and Terminal Operators.

-. Liaise with documentation department in order to supervise
and verify Cargo Manifest, Cargo Documents and Letters of Protest.

-. Prepare stowage plan together with Captain and Chief
Officer.

-. Calculate Potential Demurrages according to General
Terminal Conditions (GTC) and assist Demurrage Department.

-. Master, Senior Officer and Junior Officer on board merchant
vessels (coaster vessels, bunker barges (STS) and bulk carrier vessels). From
2004 to 2007 Master on board bunkering vessels (STS Vessels).
