Collaborated with stevedoring companies , agencies , custom , emigration, entirely responsible for all kind of port expenses control.

including operation and commercial management of oil tanker , bulker  and reefer vessels , trading world wide. By personal endevor succeeded

Lissome as primary  management company used to operate

by 6 oil/chemical tankers DWT capacity of smallest 9250 Mts (Sun Ocean) and lagest 66895 Mts (Katerina-1) traded within Persian Gulf,

as well one LPG vessel Gas Camellia DWT 9370 Mts DWT carried

ethylene and butadiene from Iran to China/Korea/Phylippines.

Short leg service of fuel cargoes between Iran and UAE unified

smart company stratagy under personal supervision.

It accumulated experience and be  familiar of Iran fuel and LPG  market having usufull connections on the top of technica ,manning, operational

and commercial activity.

In August 2014 company splitted by shareholders decision then I  joined

Intercontinental Shipping , DMCC , Dubai , UAE as operational manager .

As ISM auditor conducted annual survey ,  while sea going tenure

prepared  LPG Zlata  for SIRE inspection  by LUKOIL which

succesfully passed with few marginal  observations.

In Feb 2016 for sake of company savings changed locationd to

Ukraine (Kiev) and continue remote operation duties  till

December 5th  when  shipowner handed over vessel to bare boat  charterers and  new management.

Since December 15 (free of Intercontinental Shipping commitments)

looking for another opportunities.

Qualifications

The primary qualification is deep sea captain  (navigation , cargo handling , controlling the operation of the ship and care of person on board , radiocommunication  , management level) all type of vessels

accept fishing and passanger  vessels.

Numerous certificates on ISM , ISPS code , ISO standards , DPA,

ISM auditor  , company security officer .

Language skills- native Russian/Ukraine
