Greetings from YOSHINI.D, I am very glad to inform you that I am a student of Vels University completed B.Tech Naval Architecture and Offshore Engineering. I am good in ship designing/construction and offshore structural designing/construction. Within the four years of B.Tech course, I have gained enough theoretical knowledge in marine hydrodynamics, ship theory, controllability, sea keeping, ship production, offshore structure design etc.
I have done internships in reputed shipyard and ship design office to gain hands-on experience in the industry by working out in the field with experienced architects and design engineers.
I also have the ability to create blueprints and schematics like Lines Plan, hydrostatics, General Arrangement and Scantling , tonnage, stability, resistance and powering, propulsion with detailed specifications for the workers to use when building the ships and to act as consultant during the construction of vessels to ensure workers are following the blueprints correctly.
I also have excellent presentation skills and am adept in all versions of Microsoft Office. My experience includes working with Computer Aided Design (CAD) software like Autodesk AutoCAD, MAXSURF, FREESHIP.
My qualifications include very strong communication skills with the ability to explain the details of the designs to company representatives and production engineers. I also have excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. I am hardworking, diligent, self-motivated and ready to put my education and skills to work for your company. Thanking you
