Prefer a management position managing vessel operations and leading employees. However, would willingly accept a position as vessel master because I still enjoy getting underway and operating a vessel.

  • Chief of Marine Services, managing and maintaining fleet of 6 vessels & 2 barges, overseeing all management-related issues, including human resources, hiring/training/mentoring team members, conducting performance reviews, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, project planning/scheduling, product specifications, and managing budgets of up to $2M.
  • Meticulous in scheduling ship board maintenance
