• Conducted comparative analyses of International Labour Standards, providing support to the Maritime Unit of the International Labour Standards Department of the ILO with the compliance of Member States under Article 22 Reports related to the application of the Work in Fishing Convention.
• Conducted research and provided inputs on various knowledge products, drafted reports and policy briefs such as Working Paper on Bilateral Agreements for Migrant Fishers and UN Secretary-General's report on 'Oceans and the Law of the Sea.

• Within the Research and Advisory Unit, I conducted legal research primarily on Constitutional and Administrative
Law matters. Provided input on discussion papers and research on the proposed Child Justice Bill, National Peace
and Reconciliation Bill, Environmental Laws and Marriages Act and the Health Services Bill. Participated in
stakeholder meetings during the Constitutional alignment process in Zimbabwe. Fostering relationships with expert
bodies, policymakers and government officials to facilitate the process.
• Planned and implemented of a project titled “Promoting the Right to Information for the Protection and Fulfilment
of Socio-economic and Environmental Rights in Zimbabwe”, this project entailed providing technical support in
order to further citizen’s right of access to information for the fulfilment of their Socio-Economic and Cultural Rights
conducting desk-based research as well as field work. Conducted community engagement sessions to raise awareness
on the access of right to information and mobile legal aid clinics to provide technical legal support. Coordinated with
government officials, collaborating nongovernmental organisation and civil society partners to reach the project
goals.
