Organize the project kick-off meeting and discuss project objectives, responsibilities matrix,
project specification, budget and schedule.
Coordinate with Engineering department for design changes accordance with client’s
additional requirement.
Responsible for company assigned budgets and project schedule deadlines.
Prepare safe working procedure, risk assessment, method of statement, basic engineering
design and work specifications.
Assist to prepare bill of quantity for requirement materials based on contract and variation
order.
Sourcing and Subcontracting including subcontractors liaison.
Resolve the site issues / problems reported by site team and subcontractors problem.
Resolve possible quality issues and ensure quality meet the client’s minimum requirement.
Fully committed to company and client’s HSE policy.
