While tech-tools were used, operators were seen as a front-line of defence against failure. Visual inspections of worn parts provided real data for use in the preventative maintenance plan. ✔ Solved Persistent Faults in process incapacity. Trained engineers and improved the maintenance techniques for two, 5 ton/day membrane type waste-water treatment plants. ✔ Complex Problem Solving: Managed and maintained 18 high-speed propulsion shaft, double-rowed spherical roller bearings. ✔ Analytical Testing Methods/Fault Finding: Introduced tailored methods to suit new technologies.
