SUMMARY:

I have over 20 years working experience in logistics, warehousing and materials handling for different multinational Oil & Gas operating companies with deep knowledge of material including shipping/receiving/stores, inventory programs, including procurement, construction and drilling wells. My experience includes a wide knowledge of material types from working for the exploration and drilling of the major onshore and offshore oil field for drilling operation and having knowledge of production, drilling and construction materials. Experience working on various types of wells including deep oil/gas, exploration, appraisal, development, HPHT, slot recovery, ERD, abandonments, sidetracks and workovers.

Supervised activities of logistics & warehouse personnel and established and monitored operational procedures for logistics and warehousing activities such as of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, and maintaining current inventory.

Demonstrate strong commitment to HSSE, team work and driving down well costs without a compromise on value. Experience with various ERP systems. Ability to effectively work under pressure.

Focal point for the daily Wells Team multi rig operational requirements ensure hole section drilling tools equipment and services are supplied as scheduled by service contractors achieving continued operational activity and no operational downtime applying JIT logistics to maximise cost efficiency resulting in programmes being completed within budget.

Procurement of project inventory materials reduce the projects inventory and operational costs by effective standardisation reviewing specification quality and quantity and contributing to cost reduction by ensuring the timely receipt of essential items.

Administration of service contracts. Monitor service contractors performances, building positive team relationships through communication to achieve a continued and reliable supply of materials equipment and services achieving completion of drilling operations within programmed timescales.

Management of the project drilling inventory value $50M. Manage Maximo 4i system apply materials requirements planning, effective standardisation, variety reduction and inventory parameters, set min max stock levels based on lead time usage and value.

Manage the project storage yard facility, coached and trained local staff team to supply an efficient materials and logistics service with the utmost importance on HSE resulting in the group’s productivity as a team and making a contribution to the wells team operational efficiency.

Sr. Drilling Material Coordinator

Implement the HSE policies as it pertains to PSCM in general and to this position in particular.

Promote safety consciousness and awareness in the materials handling environment by supporting all S&OR initiatives, helping in setting up the right standards and bringing attention to unsafe or potentially hazardous situations.

Execute OMV Kazakhstan Material Management procedures in the area of purchasing, Expediting, Logistics, Standardization of Materials & Inventory management.

Attend & observe all D&C team operations meetings for Lookaheads& working with D&C teams for the forward planning of logistics and materials in the provision of well’s tangible equipment, such as Wellhead, OCTG , rented tools and associated equipments.

Liaise with rig crew, OMV supply base in charge & 3rd party suppliers to ensure the timely air/land transportation of equipment and materials.

Preparing load out lists for all the D&C requirements in conjunction with Well’s engineers/rig personnel’s.

Inform the rig crew & Crane Op’s of materials scheduled to and from the Rig for backload & Load out.

Coordinating and following up on the preparation of sub-assemblies at contractors workshops of drilling, completion down hole material as per standard drilling instructions and schematics.

Coordinate and following up on the QA/QC inspections requirements for all D&C materials as and when required.

Preparing and maintaining the D&C rental materials register for each phase of the well ensuring that all rental items are delivered in a timely manner and returned to providers at best cost effectiveness.

Expediting and coordinating with D&C service companies with respect to the manufacture, delivery, assembly, inspection and repairs/modification of drilling & completions materials to support ongoing activity schedules.

Schedule and conduct the continuous stock talking of D&C materials during and at end of well drilling in conjunction with drilling teams. and at VMIs locations to ensure the accuracy of physical and book balances and undertake reconciliation’s as per OMV philosophy.

Ensure that all operational users and others have access to and knowledge of material specifications, standards and other reference data relating to D&C materials.

Worked closely in all aspect with customs coordinator and warehouse supervisor regarding received materials from shipment either export or import.

Performed and monitored inventory warehouse by performing cycle counting on regular basis or physical check in order to verify the quantity as shown in the system

Performed stock check from received shipment in quarantine area on a regular basis

Communicate and worked closely with all requestioning departments & personnel in regards to material clarification/inspection of the received materials from shipment.

Supply of drilling equipment from spud to completion include well head assemblies different size and pressure. Fishing tool. coring tool an core heads for different formations.

Coordinated to make sure all equipment arrive to the well site in a timely manner.

Ensured compliance to Dragon Oil policies and guidance regarding material handling techniques, hazardous material storage and shipment.
