- Prepared all fleet vessels to carryout MLC audit/inspection by Class & NIMASA respectively on 2 Singapore registered vessels and 3 Nigerian registered vessels.
- Prepared fleet vessels ( 2 DP2, 1 DP1 & 2 AHTS) for SMC & ISSC and successfully obtained Interim SMC & ISSC certificates for all vessels in one go. 3 vessels were under Nigerian Flag and 2 under Singapore flag.
- Prepared the Office for DOC initial audit and successfully obtain full term certificate for operating both flag vessels under the same management company.
- Prepared one vessel, which was de-classed, to regain her class in record time as it was laid idle and became a liability without any commercial engagement since last more than a year.
- Controlled day to day operation of these vessels as economically as is possible without compromising with safety of vessel, crew and cargoes.
- Completed CMID & OVID internal inspections and removed all possible defects which may cause delays during external inspection of same by visiting auditors of all fleet vessels.

Senior Manager Operations
Achievement Highlights
- Assembled, Commissioned, Tested and operated on WFP wheat vessel, our new Bagging Plants imported from UK into Berbera, Somaliland and discharged the vessel, bagged the cargo and loaded onto trucks for Ethiopia in record time
- Undertook a new project of commencing, at 24 hours short notice, developing, sustaining and supervising loading operations on a self-discharge facility bulk terminal with success and loaded about two million tons of wheat, corn and rice. Additionally was given the task of chartering suitable vessels for loading wheat and Corn in bulk, rice in bags from the same terminal.
- Undertook, developed and continued a new project of Bagging operations in Djibouti to discharge, bag and load onto trucks heading for Ethiopia, cargoes of Urea, Fertilizer, rice and wheat alternatively with success showing best output among other competitors
- Undertook an assignment of surveying new vehicles, coming from abroad to be transported to Ethiopia, on RO/RO carriers with complete satisfaction of the client within the stipulated time
- Undertook supervision of discharge operation at Mombasa of WFP cargo coming from USA on a RO/RO vessel on behalf of the ship owners, with success by avoiding any damage/short landing claim from the receivers and also completing cargo operations within time thus earning dispatch
- Undertook supervision of discharge operation at Djibouti of WFP cargo coming on a RO/RO vessel from USA, with success without any demurrage and damage/short landing claim from receivers of the cargo
- Undertook preparation of a couple of feasibility reports for possibly launching a joint venture into transportation business in Djibouti ~ Ethiopia and Salt export business from Djibouti which was highly appreciated by the Management but could not commence due to lack of funds
