- Recruitment and manning of managing vessels

- Prepare quarter reports about crew agencies with whom manning agreement concluded

- Analyze of Russian crewing market at the biggest marine areas, to determine on which areas to focus and attract the best crewing companies for cooperation in recruitment
- Correspondence with flag state authorities reg. new rules and updates
- SMS implementation (Crew matters) on board of the vessels and in office
- Regular visiting vessels (in ) to briefing with crew reg. SMS rules, updates and discuss any questions and problems.
- SMS implementation (Crew & Safety matters) on board of the ships and in office.
- Ensure compliance with the Company SMS procedures and provisions of the regulations (SOLAS, IMO, etc.)
- Keep update with the rules in force and in particular STCW and ILO.
- Ensure a continuous connection with Ships to provide (if necessary) a suitable support
- Check the need for Crew training and ensure that the on-board training takes place according to the Company programs
- Crew Certifications Management
- Company Legal Matters and Organize at the request of General Manager, training courses for seafarers
- Ensure Minimum Safe Manning should always be respected and maintain a record of the crews of each vessel.
- Ensure a continuous connection with Ships to provide (if necessary) a suitable support
- Keeping and checking crew change disbursement, trade union disbursement, medical disbursement and crew agencies MA disbursement
- Prepare docs for getting visas for crew and office staff.
