Crew documentation and logistics crew change Coordination.
1) Working with Medallion Marine Pvt Ltd, India (Mumbai) as Sr. Crewing coordinator from 29 October 2018 to till date.
- In charge for Sourcing the officers and crew for the various types vessel i.e Barges / Oil-Chem Tkr / Bulk / DP II-DSV / AHTS vessels. (offshore and Main fleet)
- Arrange PCC letter if require in Indian water trading crew.
- Monitoring NED passes progress with agents of crew.
- Arrange visas, vaccinations or additional training required
- Reference check with previous employees,
- Verify joining documents from web site and with candidates.
- Supervise to coordinator and their daily activities
- Liaise with vessel Captains and Crewing Manager on crew change schedules and relief names
- Obtain flag state certification required; ensuring licenses are valid at all times.
- Arrange cost effective travel, Medical for crew joining and departing assigned vessels to meet crew change schedules save hotel cost.
- Keep tracks of all documents, payroll for all onboard crew.
- Monitoring available ex-crew and schedule deployment, anticipate future Company’s need for recruitment/manpower planning and employment problems.
2) Worked with Zamil Offshore Company Ltd. From 05 Jun 2016 to 05 February 2018 as Cook Supervisor for galley department (All Cooks and Stewards of Zamil vessels).
Also have worked as crew change coordinator at Al Khobar below mentioned task are involved in my duties.
- Looking after, all deployment and hygiene of cooks and stewards on various type of vessels of Zamil Offshore. In addition, coordination of crew change for all vessel from Al Khobar.
- Arrange Aramco appointment paperwork after getting forms from the coordinator
- Arrange check in and out for crew arrival / departure crew at Al Khobar with hotel arrangement
- Arrange KSA food handler appointment with Rafa hospital.
- Arrangement of Joiners and off signers ticketing for all crew
- Arrangement of internal travel for joining crew at Rahima, Tanajib, Jubail, Dammam Shipyard etc.
- Liaising with crewing Managers and vessel’s captain/Operation Manager for smooth crew change on time with costly affect manners.
- Work under Crewing Manager and crewing supervisor for timely crew change on Zamil vessels at Dammam / Tanajib and Rasta Nura port including Jubail.
- Regular visits vessel at Tanajib, Rastanura port and sometimes offshore for inspect the Hygiene as per CEHA standard. (Chiller / Freezer / Galley / Mess room / dry store) etc. as duty of Cook supervisor
- Try to get better hygiene on all vessels by visiting and given orientation about food safety.
- Liaising with the respective vessel captains to solve hygiene issue on vessels.
- Liaising with Port captain, Master, safety department and cook, stewards on vessel for maintain in hygiene issue and performance of cooks/steward.
- Maintaining records of cleaners’ routine job and allocation the vessel for cleaning vessel’s galley during visit in Tanajib.
- Supervision on cleaner team, who daily visit vessel for cleaning at Tanajib Pier.
- Visit vessels for inspection for checking performance rating crew specially cook and stewards
2) Working with NORTRANS / OCS Services India Pvt Ltd. from 15 Dec 2011 to 06 May 2016 as executive Marine Manning / Crew Supervisor.
- Looking after logistic of BW Offshore FPSO standing in Brazil, Indonesia, and Lagos.
- To arrange e-tickets and visa for joiners with the help of Travel agents. / Hotel accommodation during their joining and signing off as per vessel CRP. (CREW Rotation Plan).
- To Check Joiner’s documents before join the unit.
- To Keep up to date and update OCS HR. regarding crew activity and courses/training etc.
- To Arrange Flag state documents for Marine crew and Smn bk for Production / technical crew. (Bahamas / Bermuda / Panama)

3) Worked with NOS Ship Management from 10 Aug 2011 to 30 November 2011 as Personnel officer cum Flag State Documentation In charge.
- To check all documents of joiners after their approval and confirm the authentication of CoC (Certificate of Competency) and GMDSS with the Issuing Administrations. (, , , Singapore etc.)
- To liaise with and Liberian authority in regards flag state documentation and dispensations.
- To contact and source officers and ratting as per requirements from own database and company database.

- Contacting to officers/crew from shipmate and from own database for getting officers.

- To contact vessel superintendent and master for appraisal report and keep a record of each crew’s confidential reports and their performance onboard for future re-employments in co-ordination with the vessel superintendent and Master or head offices.
- To follow-ups each crew after sign-off for de-briefing enable to update old crew/officers availability in the shipmate/record.
- To keep record for medical sign off/P&I case and co-ordination with ship manager and Head office
- In charge of P&I, Inform any incident happened onboard to P&I club. Take all log book entry medical report from the vessel and correspondence with club, technical Manager, vessel agent and Head office. Collect all relevant expenses communication and complete all formalities enable to close case at the earliest after crew fit to sailing.
- Checking mail message and reply to all messages without delay. Checking all documents walking candidates.
- Communication with MMD when command change on Indian vessel. Online applying change of command and family dispensation.
- Assist Supt. Fleet personnel and Fleet manager for manning related work.
- Communicate with MMD for extension for Indian License if officer is sailing and his requirement on board is really need.
- Handling shipmate Program and update the information for sign on / sign off, extend contract etc.
- Pre-planning for crew change in Excel sheet as well as Shipmate.
6) Worked with M/S Lal Ship Management Pvt. Ltd. from 13 December 2002 to 17 June 2006 as Sr. crew Assistant cum Documentation Executive.
