    • Managing crew rotation policy by reviewing performance report on every sign-on and sign-off.
    • Organize weekly meeting with crew officers for development in selection procedures and HR policies.

 

Achievements:

Successfully implemented Planned Maintenance System, which contributed to 20 percent reduction of breakdown days, initiated and supervised implementation of new safety and quality culture, improved the overall reputation of the Company.
