 I am a highly qualified, financially-astute Catering Operations Manager, NVQ Assessor and Trainer with over 12 years’ experience of driving operational excellence and maximising profitability though high-volume, multi-site retail catering services worldwide.

 

In my current role as Operations Manager with Unique Catering Services, I am responsible for numerous contracts throughout the Eastern and Central regions of Saudi Arabia providing full Life Support services.  These contracts are managed in compliance with health and safety legislation, ISO quality standards, company policies and practices. Leveraging my in-depth knowledge and experience, I created and implemented strategic business plans, identifying areas for improvement to maximise service levels, financial and commercial results. An NVQ Level 6 Graduate in Leadership & Management, I am passionate about continuous improvement having built, led and motivated teams of up to 368 staff, consistently improving outputs and achieving business objectives through training, coaching and mentoring. Driving a positive health and safety culture across all operations, I constantly achieved high audit passes for health & safety, food hygiene and supply management.
