  • Managed 7 sites and over 500 local staff across the challenging out post of Yemen provinces, ensured all Health and Hygiene standards were complied with and H&S policies adhered to.
  • Trained local staff; ensured safety standards were maintained and met in-line with regulations and business requirements.
  • Coached and mentored managers on site safety, fire safety and security awareness procedures.
  • Maintained store standards and waste, built relations with internal and external teams to ensure contractual obligations were consistently met.

  • Operated within an ISAF security cleared Catering Unit, successfully promoted from Unit Catering Manager to Operations Manager.
  • Responsible for feeding over 12000 multi-national soldiers and civilian personnel with 120 multi-national staff daily.
  • Took responsibility for all aspects of the catering operation (T/O $40m), ensured contractual obligations and KPIs were met and maintained robust standards and procedures.
