Advise companies trading with Cuba and/or exploring the market with an interest in investing in the transportation, logistics and mining sectors through joint ventures - Produce the feasibility studies to be discussed with the would be Cuban partners – Advise on the financial and basic legal implications of the proposed contracts. Key accomplishments: Signing of a multimillion contract for the sale of locomotives, carriages and other railways equipment between a Chinese company and a Cuban importer, signing of a Contract of Affreightment for the transportation of cargo between the USA and Cuba, signing of the Basis of the Agreement for upgrading a Nickel Cobalt plant in Cuba.
