Responsibilities:- 

• Planning, scheduling, monitoring of the production.

• Control of Consumables as per requirement
• Conduct & Witness the Blaster and Painter qualification
• Co-ordinate and plan for client inspection  
• Attend quires to meet customer satisfaction
• Compile the inspection reports for final dossiers
• Prepare reports daily wise for various Blasting and Painting  activities performed 

• Attend the weekly meetings and discuss the site issues.
• Prepare day-to-day, weekly and monthly targets with support of our superiors
• Prepare shift schedule and handle contract man power.
• Daily reporting the site progress to superiors.
