•Course Supervisor for global communications course
•Senior qualified member of team, administering advanced computer simulations for fleet command parties
•Served as Assistant Technical Customer Representative for the Navy Marine Corps Intranet, and functioned as a direct line of communication for all desktop and peripheral troubleshooting calls to NMCI
•System expert and division leader of fire control team; provided senior guidance in the operation, maintenance and repair of fire control guidance systems on nuclear submarines
•Qualified as the senior watch station Contact Coordinator onboard USS City of Corpus Christi (SSN-705) - only the second Class Petty Officer to do so
