• Independently handling Shift Operation & Maintenance of Power plant.
• Operation, Maintenance &Trouble shooting of DG Auxiliaries such as L.O & F.O Separators, Air Compressors, Radiators, Waste heat recovery boiler, water and Oil Pumps.
• Operation of Vapour Absorption Machine.
• Following the maintenance schedule as recommended by the manufacturer to improve the equipments lifetime.
• Effective handling of tools and tackles to improve the safety & quality of Maintenance.

SKILLS

I have experience in working at critical condition like engine breakdown, trips and emergency.

• Engine Parameter monitoring from computer wois and local parameter gauges during running time.

• Engine running based fuel and lube oil calculations

• Cylinder head overhauling work, valve and valve seat lapping, Valve Bridge setting

• Design of  Automatic cleaning of cutting knife at L & T SPILICING MACHINE in TVS SRI CHAKRA LTD
• Fabrication of gear box mechanism using elivator in civil construction work during 6th semester project work
