As Ordnance Division Officer, Supervised, led and trained all personnel in the safe handling and transportation of all explosives and ammunition onboard Weapons Station Yorktown.
Supervised the on loading and off loading of ammunition to 32 different Naval ships on over 200 separate occasions.

• Developed, implemented, and led a continuous roving patrol in hostile territory in a heightened state of alert and
during extremely arduous conditions.
• Oversaw all anti-terrorism training and drills maintaining the highest level of mission readiness.
• As Officer of the Deck Underway, conducted over 50 compliant and non-compliant boarding’s in hostile waters.

• Served as the only trainer on the base for explosives and explosive safety, training over 150 personnel from all five
branches of military service.
• Transformed a non existent quality assurance certification program to an inspection ready program which was graded
as flawless with zero discrepancies noted during explosive safety inspection.
• Provided oversight of intelligence and migrant operations conducted for other government agencies in support of
Joint Task Force detainee operations during Operation Enduring Freedom.

- Trained and licensed 46 personnel on 7.5 through 15 ton semi tractor trailers and 4K through 15K forklifts.
- As Team Leader and Quality Assurance Safety Officer oversaw the successful completion of NAVSEASYSCOM
Explosive Safety Inspection.
