Statkraft to Sell its Stakes in Two UK Wind Farms

Posted by June 13, 2017

Norway's power firm Statkraft will launch the sale of its entire stakes in two wind farms offshore Britain, Sheringham Shoal and Dudgeon, in coming weeks, a spokesman for the company said on Tuesday.

The state-owned company aims to conclude the sale of its 40 percent and 30 percent stakes in the Statoil (STO)-operated wind farms before the end of 2017, and potentially to close in the beginning of 2018, he added.
