Italian oilfield services company Saipem will pay holders of its saving shares a 2014 dividend of 0.05 euros apiece but will not distribute dividends to its ordinary shareholders, it said in a statement on Tuesday.
Saipem, 43 percent owned by Eni, posted a net loss of 230 million euros in 2014. The company already gave preliminary results in February.
