Rosneft: Fire Out at Saratov Refinery

Russia's top oil producer Rosneft said on Tuesday that a fire at its Saratov oil refinery has been extinguished and that its production plan was unaffected.

Earlier on Tuesday a local emergencies ministry official told Reuters that a diesel tank at the plant, located in the Volga river region, had caught fire.
