The research institute appraised the quality of HR management at each company on the basis of a questionnaire covering five categories including social services, supplementary services and work-life balance, training and development, career opportunities and corporate culture management. For social benefits such as retirement schemes and performance-related annual bonus, Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG ranked within the top quarter.
