Indonesia's Pertamina Expects Increase in LPG Sales, Imports
Indonesia's Pertamina expects domestic sales of liquid petroleum gas (LPG) to increase 15 percent to 8 million tonnes in 2016 from an estimated 6.98 million tonnes this year, a company official said on Friday.
"LPG imports will also increase next year because our domestic supply is relatively stagnant at 2.5 million tonnes," Pertamina senior vice president for non-fuel marketing, Taryono, told reporters.
He attributed the expected rise in sales to economic growth and an expansion of its marketing area.
