INDC Climate Plan to be Published Next Week
Saudi Arabian Oil Minister Ali al-Naimi said on Wednesday that the kingdom's climate action plan, known as Intended Nationally Determined Contributions (INDC), would be published next week.
Naimi made the comment at a carbon conference in Riyadh.
Naimi also said there was no dire need for Saudi Arabia to remove domestic energy subsidies.
