Holiday schedule for US Energy Data
Thanksgiving Day, which falls on Thursday November 28, will impact the schedule for the release of major energy data during the week of Nov. 24.
The schedule below shows the weekly release of the U.S. Petroleum, Oil and Natural Gas Supply and Inventory.
WEEK OF NOVEMBER 24:
AMERICAN PETROLEUM INDSTITUTE – OIL
As per usual, API will release its weekly report on petroleum stocks on Tuesday, November 26 at 4:30 pm EST (2130 GMT).
OIL ENERGY ADMINISTRATION
The EIA will release its weekly report on crude oil, gasoline, and distillate stocks as usual, Wednesday, November 27 at 10 a.m. (EST) (1530 GMT).
Natural Gas - ENERGY ADMINISTRATION
The EIA will release its weekly report on natural gas stocks one day early, on Wednesday, November 27 at 12 noon EST (1700 GMT). Reports are normally released Thursday morning at 10:30 am EST (1530 GMT).
NOTES:
API delays its Weekly Statistical Bulletin if a federal holiday occurs on a Tuesday or Monday. The schedule is not affected by holidays later in the week. The schedule can be found at

Released Thursday at 1030 ET for Monday or Friday holidays
Released on Friday, 1030 ET for Tuesday or Wednesday holidays
Released Wednesday, 1200 ET.
