High-volume Freshwater for O&G Platforms

Offshore oil and gas platforms need to be self-sufficient. FCI Watermakers' commercial-grade, high-output Neptune and Poseidon reverse osmosis desalination units provide the pure, fresh water needed for drinking, bathing, cooking, laboratory use, equipment wash down and production operations on these rigs.

From 1,275 to 9,500 gallons per day, the Neptune is suited for jackup rigs and semisubmersibles. Adaptable, it's available horizontally on a skid or in a modular configuration.

For water needs of the largest rigs, the Poseidon will make from 10,000 to 40,000 gallons of water a day. It's self-contained on a one-piece skid, and the watermaker is tolerant of particulates and variations in salinity.

Both the Neptune and Poseidon come standard with FCI Watermakers' next-generation marine-grade V4 Controller. This control panel allows for fingertip access to the complete watermaking process.

Available for both models, the Automated Pressure Control module turns watermaking into a fully automatic process, with less crew overhead needed to run the system.

Engineered and manufactured in the U.S., all FCI Watermakers are assembled with nonproprietary parts. The Neptune and Poseidon are designed to run nonstop with belt-driven commercial-grade motors and pump assemblies.

The Neptune and Poseidon bear type approval certifications from ABS, GL, Lloyd's Register EMEA, Det Norske Veritas and the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping. Both can be built to any classification or standard required.
