Glander International Moves Mumbai Office

November 22, 2016

Glander International Bunkering Mumbai has moved to a brand new office in Mumbai’s booming business district, Bandra Kurla Complex. The move is in line with the group’s quest to be closer to its customers and to this end the new office is centrally located in a business hub.

Bandra Kurla Complex – popularly referred to as BKC, hosts over 6000 offices and is one of Mumbai’s most promising business hubs. The office has a central location and is within excellent proximity to international and domestic airports.

Moreover, the region itself boasts tremendous potential for economic growth; home to the regional head offices of oil majors and many prominent shipping companies.

Christoffer Berg Lassen, Managing Director and CEO of Glander International Bunkering, commented on the relocation:

“This move is the latest in an ongoing growth strategy surging through the Glander International Bunkering group and is in line with meeting the ever changing market conditions. By positioning ourselves so centrally within the commercial capital of India, we are welcoming new lucrative opportunities and making ourselves even more accessible to our valued clients.”

Ajay Menon, Managing Director of Mumbai operations further comments, “Mumbai is a key market within the maritime industry and so having an even stronger physical presence is important for the group’s continual growth. Furthermore, the rules concerning shipping are changing and as such Mumbai is expecting an increase in tonnage. Our new central location perfectly equips the Mumbai office to manage additional tonnage.”
