IBERIA/SPAIN/PORTUGAL POWER CUTS:

On Monday evening, power began to return to some parts of the Iberian Peninsula after a massive outage that brought Spain and Portugal to an abrupt halt. The outage grounded planes, stopped public transport and forced hospitals to suspend their routine operations.

Imerys Imerys reported a net profit group share of eur 23 millions in Q1, representing a 66% drop from the previous year.

Technip Energies Technip Energies was awarded a contract to design and build the North Field Production Sustainability Offshore Compression Project in Qatar, worth between eur 50 millions and eur $250 million.

Vinci Vinci has launched bonds up to EUR 150 million. These bonds will be fully assimilated to its non-dilutive convertible bond of eur 400 millions due in February 2030. The new bonds' initial price will range between 106.45% to 106.95% their nominal value.
