Fire Breaks out at Rosneft's Saratov Oil Refinery
A fire broke out at the Saratov oil refinery in Russia's Volga river region, an official at the plant controlled by Rosneft said on Monday.
The Emergencies Ministry said on its website it had received a call about the fire at the 120,000 barrels per day plant at 1635 local time (1235 GMT).
"There is no danger of the fire spreading. There are neither deaths nor injuries," it said. It was not clear if it had been completely extinguished.
