Ensco Announces Cash Dividend

Ensco plc announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of US$0.01 per Class A ordinary share payable on March 16, 2018. 

The ex-dividend date for this payment is expected to be March 2, 2018 with a record date of March 5, 2018.
