Shell Announces FID on Fram Condensate Field in North Sea

Siccar Point Confirms Cambo Well Spud and Shell Deal
Siccar Point Energy has started drilling a final appraisal well on the Cambo field, north-west of Shetland, with results expected this summer. The Aberdeen based production, development and exploration company, has also confirmed the completion of a sale and purchase agreement with Shell UK Limited, on 01 May 2018, for a minority interest of the acreage, 125 km north-west of Shetland. Shell has acquired a 30% non-operated working interest in UKCS licences P1028 and P1189 (incorporating the Cambo discovery) and a 22.5% non-operated working interest in P1830 (including the Blackrock prospect).
Siccar Point Announces Sale
Siccar Point Energy (“Siccar Point”) has announced that on March 28, 2018, a Sale and Purchase Agreement was signed with Shell UK Limited (“Shell”) under which Shell will acquire a 30% non-operated working interest in UKCS licences P1028 and P1189 (incorporating the Cambo discovery) and a 22.5% non-operated working interest in P1830 (including the Blackrock prospect), both located 125 km north-west of the Shetland Islands. A final appraisal well is planned on the Cambo discovery in Q2 2018 and an exploration well is planned on the Blackrock prospect in 2019.

Shell Charters Regalia in 2016
Prosafe announced it has signed a contract worth approximately $24 million with Shell U.K. Limited for the provision of the Regalia semi-submersible accommodation vessel at the Brent C platform in the U.K. sector of the North Sea. The short duration contract commencing in the second quarter of 2016 will provide dynamically positioned (NMD3) gangway connection for the duration of the project. The contract award follows the Regalia recently completing an assignment for Shell at the Shearwater platform. The Singapore-flagged Regalia was built in 1985 at GVA Sweden to an enhanced GVA 3000 design.
Technip Wins Subsea Contract on Triton FPSO
Technip has been awarded a brownfield subsea contract for the Triton(1) floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) vessel, operated by Dana Petroleum, located in the central North Sea. This FPSO vessel is located 193 kilometers east of Aberdeen, at a water depth of approximately 90 meters. It produces oil and gas from different fields - Bittern, Guillemot West and North West, Clapham, Pict and Saxon, which are tied back to the FPSO vessel via subsea facilities comprising a series of pipelines and manifolds. additional installation, repair and maintenance works.
