Seacat Services Secures Burbo Bank Charter Deal
DONG Energy has awarded offshore energy support vessel operator Seacat Services with the supply contract for all crew transfer services at its 258MW Burbo Bank Extension project under development in the Irish Sea. Seacat Services Supports Dong Construction Race
24 month, four-workboat, charter service agreement to provide DONG Energy with construction support across the Race Bank offshore wind project DONG Energy, a developer of offshore wind projects, and offshore energy support vessel operator Seacat Services, today confirmed a two-year, four-workboat crew transfer deal to support construction operations at the 580MW Race Bank Offshore Wind Farm. Rolls-Royce Water Jets for Windfarm Support Vessels
Rolls-Royce said it has secured a contract to supply water jets for three wind farm support vessels to be built by South Boats IOW for the offshore wind transfer vessel operator Seacat Services. In what Rolls-Royce called one of the biggest orders made for wind farm workboats, one 24-meter and two 26-meter aluminum catamarans, each featuring two Rolls-Royce 56A3 stainless steel water jets, will be used to transfer people and cargo to the growing number of offshore wind farms around the coast of Europe.
