Craig International Wins Spirit Energy Contract

Aker Solutions Secures Aker BP Contract

Aker Solutions secured a framework agreement for as many as 10 years from Aker BP to provide engineering and procurement services for new offshore field installations. The scope is for a range of fixed facilities from small wellhead platforms to complete oil and gas field centers. It covers work in all project phases and includes early-phase studies, front-end engineering and design (FEED), detail engineering and follow-on engineering.

Subsea 7 Bags Offshore Egypt Contract

Subsea 7 S.A. announced the award of a contract offshore Egypt by Pharaonic Petroleum Company to be executed at water depths of over 900 metres in the Atoll field. The contract scope includes the engineering, procurement, construction and installation of more than 40 kilometers of rigid pipelines and associated structures for the new Atoll field, tying into the existing Taurt field at a water depth of 100 meters.

Wood Group Bags Statoil MSA

Wood Group has been awarded an evergreen master services agreement (MSA) by Statoil to support the life cycles of its offshore  and onshore facilities. Work and services covered by the MSA include  engineering studies, detailed engineering, procurement services and management  assistance services. “This MSA reflects Wood Group’s  strong relationship with Statoil,” stated Robin Watson, chief executive. Wood Group has supported Statoil for  many years.

Technip Awarded Hydrogen Plant Contract

Technip was awarded a contract by Air Products to provide technology, engineering and procurement services for a grassroots hydrogen plant in Baytown, Texas, USA. The 3.5 million standard cubic meters per day plant will produce hydrogen and carbon monoxide (CO) to be supplied to customers from Air Products’ established Gulf Coast Hydrogen and CO Pipeline Networks. The plant will be built through the global hydrogen alliance(1) between Air Products and Technip.

Technip to Supply Reformer for STAR Hydrogen Plant

Technip has been awarded a lump sum contract to supply its proprietary technology, detailed engineering and procurement services for a reformer for a hydrogen plant. The plant is located near the STAR Aegean Refinery to be built in Izmir, Aliaga, Turkey. The reformer, which is the heart of a hydrogen plant, will produce 160,000 Nm3/h(1) of hydrogen product and high quality export steam to be used by the refinery. Early involvement represents a strategic focus for Technip.

Technip Wins Jurong's FPSO Conversion Contract

Technip has been awarded a topsides detailed engineering and procurement services contract by Jurong Shipyard Pte Ltd. The project is part of the conversion of a shuttle tanker into a floating, production, storage and offloading (FPSO) vessel, which is built at the Jurong Shipyard, located in Singapore. Technip will build on its experience in full range of offshore acilities to design the FPSO’s topsides.

Petrofac Wins $900 mln Oman Contract

Petrofac Ltd said it won an about $900 million contract from Petroleum Development Oman (PDO), the country's top oil and gas producer, to provide engineering and procurement services. Petrofac will provide the services at PDO's Yibal Khuff project, located about 350 km south west of Oman's capital Muscat, under the four-year contract. PDO is 60 percent owned by Oman's government, 34 percent by Royal Dutch Shell…

Foster Wheelers wins Petron's Bataan Refinery Contract

Foster Wheeler AG announced today that a subsidiary of its Global Engineering and Construction Group has been awarded a contract by Petron Corporation to provide operator training, commissioning, and start-up assistance services for the new delayed coking unit at Petron’s Bataan Refinery in the Philippines. The new delayed coking unit at the Bataan Refinery is based on Foster Wheeler’s leading SYDECSM delayed coking technology and includes a Foster Wheeler delayed coker heater.

Foster Wheeler Signs Agreement With BOC to Replace Heat Exchangers

Foster Wheeler AG announced today that a subsidiary of its Global Engineering and Construction Group has signed an engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCm) services agreement with BOC, a member of the Linde Group, for the installation of replacement heat exchangers at BOC’s Teesport facility, Teesside, in northeast England. The Foster Wheeler contract value was not disclosed and was included in the company’s first-quarter 2014 bookings.
