Bibby Bags North Sea Contract

Bibby Offshore won a two-phase multimillion dollar contract with a leading oil and gas and production company. The contract, awarded in April, will see Bibby Offshore carry out IRM services across a number of the operators North Sea assets. Bibby Offshore Bags Spirit Energy Contract

Subsea services provider Bibby Offshore said it has secured a fixed term framework agreement with independent oil and gas operator Spirit Energy.Awarded in April, the two-year agreement, which follows on from a previous five-year agreement, will see Bibby Offshore carry out inspection repair and maintenance (IRM) works, remotely operated vehicle (ROV) inspection and subsea survey operations across a number of North Sea structures and pipelines.The project will utilize Bibby Offshore’s diverse fleet capabilities, including its multi-role diving and ROV support vessel, Bibby Sapphire, a Quasar MKII work class

Offshore Groups Bibby, Rever Merge

The U.K.’s Bibby Offshore will merge with Norwegian firm Rever Offshore AS in a move targeting opportunities in the diving and subsea umbilicals, risers, and flowlines (SURF) markets. The transaction has been agreed and is expected to close soon, announced Bibby owner Fara Holdco Limited. The merger will combine Bibby and Rever subsidiary CECON Contracting to create a larger offshore installation delivery business both in the North Sea and internationally, currently focused on the Atlantic and Mediterranean regions.

Bibby Offshore Scores Contract Hat-Trick with Supermajor

Subsea services provider Bibby Offshore announced three individual multimillion dollar contract wins with an oil and gas supermajor. The initial contract will see Bibby Offshore complete riser replacement works including a production/test riser and riser buoy connector pipe changeout at one of the major’s oil fields, situated in the Central North Sea. Engineering work for this project commenced in Q4 2017, with dive support vessel (DSV) Bibby Polaris and a construction support vessel (CSV) scheduled to mobilize in Q2 this year with a reel lay spread and tensioner to deploy flexible risers.

Bibby Offshore: BP North Sea Projects completed

Bibby Offshore has completed a contract worth more than £2million for BP in the North Sea. The project, completed in December 2017, utilised Bibby Offshore’s diving support vessel Bibby Topaz to carry out inspection, repair and maintenance operations in the Rhum gas field, approximately 380 kilometres north-east of Aberdeen. The scope included control system low insulation resistance diagnostics and component replacements, manual valve operations and ROV inspection works at BP’s Bruce platform, which is located 44 kilometres south of Rhum.

Bibby Offshore Recapitalization Completed

Subsea services provider Bibby Offshore Holdings Limited said it has completed the recapitalization of its balance sheet announced on December 5, 2017. The agreement to recapitalize the balance sheet was approved January 10 by 98.7 percent of noteholders of the £175 million (approximately $243 million) 7.5 percent senior secured notes, and makes noteholders the new owners of the group. “The completion of the recapitalization will be transformational for Bibby Offshore and is a major milestone for our business,” said Howard Woodcock, chief executive of Bibby Offshore.

Bibby Offshore Bags Mega North Sea Contract

Bibby Offshore, a leading subsea services provider to the oil and gas industry, has announced a multimillion dollar contract with a global energy player, to provide first gas and construction support on its assets in the Southern North Sea. The contract, due to be executed between Q3 and Q4 2016, will see Bibby Offshore’s construction support vessel Olympic Ares, and its diving support vessel Bibby Polaris, perform subsea engineering work 150km off the coast of Lincolnshire, in water depths of 21m and 48m.

Bibby Offshore, a subsea services provider to the oil and gas industry, hosted Secretary of State for Scotland David Mundell, and Scotland Office Minister Andrew Dunlop, as they announced a new trading partnership between Aberdeen and the Mozambique town of Pemba. Bibby Offshore Clinches BP Contract

Bibby Offshore, a leading subsea services provider to the oil and gas industry, has been awarded a multimillion pound contract by BP to replace subsea infrastructure in the Central North Sea. The work is part of the $1billion Eastern Trough Area Project (ETAP) Life Extension Project announced by BP in the summer. ETAP is one of the largest and most complex developments in the North Sea, comprising nine oil and gas reservoirs, six of which are operated by BP. The ETAP Life Extension Project (ELXP) will help secure the future of the fields until 2030 and beyond.

Bibby Offshore, a provider of subsea installation, inspection, repair and maintenance services to the offshore oil and gas industry, has been recognized at the 2014 Northern Star Business Awards winning in the categories Commitment to People Development and Outstanding Contribution to the Energy Sector. The awards were announced September 25 at the AECC. Bibby Offshore  announced a successful first quarter of the year for its recently opened Newcastle office. With existing premises in Aberdeen and Liverpool, Bibby Offshore is expanding its presence across the UK. Since its opening in November 2013, the Newcastle office has employed 23 skilled personnel, with a further ten to be recruited in the coming months. The 4724sqft office, located in Gateshead Quays on the River Tyne, will provide Bibby Offshore with an excellent hub in the region both now and as it increases staff numbers and service offerings in the future.
