Russian gas exports outside ex-Soviet countries increased 8.3 percent, year-on-year, in January-November to 175 billion cubic metres (bcm), Gazprom said on Friday. Andrey Zakharov will take over leadership at Gazprom Dobycha Krasnodar. Earlier he was elected Director General of the company. He was born in 1963 in the Volgograd Region.
