Japanese shipper Nippon Yusen Kaisha (NYK) has agreed to invest in EMAS Chiyoda, a subsea services joint venture between oilfield services firm Ezra Holdings Ltd and Chiyoda Corp, Ezra said in a statement late on Friday.
