Gazprom subsidiary claims $880 million against Linde
Court documents revealed on Wednesday that a subsidiary of Russia’s gas giant Gazprom filed a claim against Linde, claiming 879 million dollars. The Amur Gas Processing Plant, a subsidiary of Gazprom, filed the complaint on October 29 at the Arbitration Court in Amur Region in Russia's East. Linde has left Russia, and the Power of Siberia Pipeline plant that facilitates Russian gas to China exports, after the Russian invasion of Ukraine, in February 2022. In June 2021, the first technological line of the plant will be operational. Next year, the plant will reach its full capacity of 42 billion cubic meters of natural gas processing.
Gazprom 95% Completes TurkStream Gas Pipeline's Offshore Section
Russian oil and gas giant Gazprom is progressing a number of gas pipeline stretching across the Black Sea projects with three major projects already 95.5 percent complete, the company claimed.The TurkStream will soon see the completion of its offshore section, bringing closer a consistent the supply of Russian gas to Turkey and its neighbours."The Company continues to pursue the extensive Eastern Gas Program and to build facilities associated with supplying gas to domestic consumers and to China. In particular, 127 producing gas wells were drilled at the Chayandinskoye field, the linchpin of the Yakutia gas production center.
Gazprom Actively Pursuing East Russian Projects
During the Press Conference held today held at the Company's headquarters prior to the annual General Shareholders Meeting the press was informed that Gazprom is actively implementing large-scale projects in eastern Russia. It was stated that the Company is committed to expanding its resource base. With geological exploration at the Chayandinskoye field – the basis for the Yakutia gas production center – nearly over, the field is ready for development. As part of the Sakhalin III project, geological exploration has been completed within the boundaries of the Yuzhno-Kirinskoye field. Gazprom continues to enhance its production capacities.
Power of Siberia, Amur GPP to speed up Socio-Economic Development
Alexey Miller, Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee and Alexander Kozlov, Acting Governor of the Amur Region.met today toaddressed the progress with the Agreement on Cooperation. In particular, they discussed the execution of the Company’s strategic projects in the Region. The Power of Siberia section will be built in Blagoveshchensk as well as the Amur Gas Processing Plant (GPP), which will become the biggest plant in Russia and one of the biggest ones in the world. The emergence of these powerful facilities will speed up the socio-economic development of the Amur Region, inter alia, by means of creating new jobs.
Gazprom, NIPIGAZ Ink Deal to Design, Construct Amur GPP
Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk (part of Gazprom Group) and NIPIgazpererabotka (NIPIGAZ is a part of SIBUR Group) agreed to form a partnership on designing, coordinating equipment and material supplies as well as managing the construction of the Amur Gas Processing Plant (GPP) near the town of Svobodny in the Amur Region. The Amur GPP will become the biggest gas processing enterprise in Russia and one of the biggest ones in the world – its design capacity will reach up to 49 billion cubic meters of gas a year. The GPP will also include the world’s largest helium production facility.
Gazprom to Supply Gas to China via Eastern Route
Alexey Miller, Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee held a meeting in Tomsk today to consider the progress with the Company's investment projects related to gas supply to China via the eastern route. Taking part in the meeting were Vitaly Markelov, Deputy Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee as well as heads of Gazprom's relevant structural units and subsidiaries. It was pointed out that the creation of the Yakutia gas production center as well as the construction of gas transmission and processing capacities went on in compliance with the schedule.

Gazprom's Action Plan To Ensure Gas Supply To China
Alexey Miller, Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee held a meeting on the progress with the comprehensive action plan covering the Company's investment projects needed to ensure gas supply to China. It was noted that Gazprom speeded up the construction of necessary gas production, transmission and processing facilities almost immediately after the contract with China had been signed. As of today, the pre-development of the Chayandinskoye field as well as the construction of the Power of Siberia gas transmission system (GTS) and the Amur Gas Processing Plant are in full swing.
