Bomin Strengthens Regional Hub Structure

The Bomin Group, a leading global physical supplier and trader of marine fuels, today announced the establishment of four regional hubs to support its worldwide operations, in line with its strategy.

The regional hubs are located in Hamburg, Houston, Dubai and Singapore. They support the company’s offices and operations across Europe, the Americas, Middle East & Africa and Asia. The hubs will ensure global alignment, highest service quality and cost-effective fuel supply solutions in line with customer needs. As part of this strategy, Bomin is closing its office in Rio de Janeiro, while continuing to serve its customers from the Houston hub as from January 2017. The company will also suspend its physical operations in Estonia and Spain and close its offices in Tallinn and Madrid, with customers being serviced from the Hamburg hub as from January 2017. These measures safeguard the implementation of Bomin’s strategy for delivering long-term and sustainable growth for the business.

The Bomin Group has been active in the bunker business for almost 40 years via its subsidiaries and is one of the world’s leading independent suppliers and traders of marine fuel.
