All Distilled Latin American Oil Workers Can Export

Posted by June 29, 2014

According to the U.S. government and industry sources said on Friday, not only this light condensate oil, all distilled Latin American oil workers are not restricted as long as 40 years to implement the export ban.

U.S. Department of Commerce this week decided to allow two companies to export distilled Polish workers condensate.

The source said that any Polish workers after crude distillation can be exported, making the export volume of U.S. refiners are likely to increase even more.

Commerce Department this week notified Pioneer Natural Resources (PXD) and Enterprise Product Partners, they can export the crude oil processed through mild.

One of the sources said, some of oilfield equipment called stabilizers after adjustment, can become more complex distillation column, this way, the type of oil available for export may be further expanded.

In a ruling earlier this year, the Commerce Department notified Pioneer and Enterprise companies, working through the condensate stabilizer can also be used to export oil. This channel processing program much lower cost and difficulty, simply separate the petroleum and crude oil.

As the focus on how the oil is processed, rather than what kind of ruling vested oil, the Ministry of Commerce for the production of conventional crude oil seems to provide an enterprise through a mild crude oil, crude oil export ban to avoid selection.

Distillation column is a kind of refining equipment, commonly used in heating oil, gasoline and naphtha fractionation into oil.

The new interpretation of the Commerce Department ruling will arouse more about how many U.S. shale oil will be exported to overseas speculation.

However, many things about the regulatory requirements remains uncertain, for example, the Ministry of Commerce will be how to define the distillation column.

So far, most of the focus is on the Texas condensate production surge on. But more broadly distillation process or allow other oil producers export through the lowest level of the crude oil processed. (End)
